bastiones bien guarnecidos y fortificados…
Perfecto, sigue
adelante, tengo demasiado tiempo.
tristes nunca mienten…
Every day here you come walking
I hold my tongue, I don't do much talking
You say you're happy and you're doin' fine
Well go ahead, baby, I got plenty of time
Sad eyes never lie
Sad eyes never lie
Well for a while I've been watching you steady
Ain't gonna move 'til you're good and ready
You show up and then you shy away
But I know pretty soon you'll be walkin' this way
Sad eyes never lie
Sad eyes never lie
Baby don't you know I don't care
Don't you know that I've been there
Well if something in the air feels a little unkind
Don't worry darling, it'll slip your mind
I know you think you'd never be mine
Well that's okay, baby, I don't mind
That shy smile's sweet, that's a fact
Go ahead, I don't mind the act
Here you come all dressed up for a date
Well one more step and it'll be too late
Blue blue ribbon in your hair
Like you're so sure I'll be standing here
Sad eyes never lie
Sad eyes never lie
Sad eyes never lie
Sad eyes never lie...
I hold my tongue, I don't do much talking
You say you're happy and you're doin' fine
Well go ahead, baby, I got plenty of time
Sad eyes never lie
Sad eyes never lie
Well for a while I've been watching you steady

Honey you are a
rock, upon which I stand
and I came here to talk I hope you understand.
That green eyes, yeah the spotlight shines upon you
and how could anybody deny you.
I came here with a load and it feels so much lighter, now I met you
and honey you should know that I could never go on without you.
Green eyes.
Honey you are the sea, upon which I flow, and I came to talk
I think you should know.
That green eyes, you're the one that I wanted to find
and anyone who tried to deny you
must be out of their mind.
Because I came here with a load and it feels so much lighter since I met you
and honey you should know that I could never go on without you.
Green eyes, green eyes
ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
Honey you are a rock upon which I stand.
Green eyes, Green eyes
and I came here to talk I hope you understand.
That green eyes, yeah the spotlight shines upon you
and how could anybody deny you.
I came here with a load and it feels so much lighter, now I met you

Sailing down
behind the sun,
Waiting for my prince to come.
Praying for the healing rain
To restore my soul again.
Just a toerag on the run.
How did I get here?
What have I done?
When will all my hopes arise?
How will I know him?
When I look in my father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
When I look in my father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
Then the light begins to shine
And I hear those ancient lullabies.
And as I watch this seedling grow,
Feel my heart start to overflow.
Where do I find the words to say?
How do I teach him?
What do we play?
Bit by bit, I've realized
That's when I need them,
That's when I need my father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
That's when I need my father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
Then the jagged edge appears
Through the distant clouds of tears.
I'm like a bridge that was washed away;
My foundations were made of clay.
As my soul slides down to die.
How could I lose him?
What did I try?
Bit by bit, I've realized
That he was here with me;
I looked into my father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
I looked into my father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
I looked into my father's eyes.
My father's eyes.
Waiting for my prince to come.

Her hair is harlow gold, her lips sweet surprise
her hands are never cold, she's got Bette Davis eyes
She'll turn the music on you, you won't have to think twice
she's pure as New York snow, she got Bette Davis eyes
And she'll tease you, she'll unease you
all the better just to please you
she's precocious, and she knows just
what it takes to make a pro blush
she got Greta Garbo's standoff sighs, she's got Bette Davis eyes
She'll let you take her home, it works her appetite
she'll lay you on the throne, she got Bette Davis eyes
She'll take a tumble on you, roll you like you were dice
until you come out blue, she's got Bette Davis eyes
She'll expose you, when she snows you
hope you're pleased with the crumbs she throws you
she's ferocious and she knows just
what it takes to make a pro blush
all the boys think she's a spy, she's got Bette Davis eyes
And she'll tease you, she'll unease you
all the better just to please you
she's precocious, and she knows just
what it takes to make a pro blush
all the boys think she's a spy, she's got Bette Davis eyes...
her hands are never cold, she's got Bette Davis eyes

de 1969 “The Velvet Underground”.
Sometimes I feel
so happy
Sometimes I feel so sad
Sometimes I feel so happy
But mostly you just make me mad
Baby, you just make me mad
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Thought of you as my mountain top
Thought of you as my peak
A thought of you as everything
I've had, but couldn't keep
I've had, but couldn't keep
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Skip a life completely
Stuff it in a cup
They said, Money is like us in time
It lies, but can't stand up
Down for you is up
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Linger on your pale blue eyes
It was good what we did yesterday
And I'd do it once again
The fact that you are married
Only proves you're my best friend
But it's truly, truly a sin
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Linger on your pale blue eyes
If I could make the world as pure
And strange as what I see
I'd put you in a mirror
I'd put in front of me
I'd put in front of me
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Sometimes I feel so sad
Sometimes I feel so happy
But mostly you just make me mad
Baby, you just make me mad
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Thought of you as my mountain top
Thought of you as my peak
A thought of you as everything
I've had, but couldn't keep
I've had, but couldn't keep
Linger on your pale blue eyes
Linger on your pale blue eyes

Down for you is up

Linger on your pale blue eyes

Aunque
Hey where did we
go,
Days when the rains came
Down in the hollow,
Playin' a new game,
Laughing and a running hey, hey
Skipping and a jumping
In the misty morning fog with
Our hearts a thumpin' and you
My brown eyed girl,
You my brown eyed girl.
Whatever happened
To Tuesday and so slow
Going down the old mine
With a transistor radio
Standing in the sunlight laughing,
Hiding behind a rainbow's wall,
Slipping and sliding
All along the water fall, with you
My brown eyed girl,
You my brown eyed girl.
Do you remember when we used to sing,
Sha la la la la la la la la la la te da
So hard to find my way,
Now that I'm all on my own.
I saw you just the other day,
My how you have grown,
Cast my memory back there, Lord
Sometime I'm overcome thinking 'bout
Making love in the green grass
Behind the stadium with you
My brown eyed girl
You my brown eyed girl
Do you remember when we used to sing
Days when the rains came
Down in the hollow,
Playin' a new game,
Laughing and a running hey, hey
Skipping and a jumping
In the misty morning fog with
Our hearts a thumpin' and you
My brown eyed girl,
You my brown eyed girl.
Whatever happened
To Tuesday and so slow
Going down the old mine
With a transistor radio
Standing in the sunlight laughing,
Hiding behind a rainbow's wall,
Slipping and sliding
All along the water fall, with you
My brown eyed girl,

Do you remember when we used to sing,
Sha la la la la la la la la la la te da
So hard to find my way,
Now that I'm all on my own.
I saw you just the other day,

Making love in the green grass
Behind the stadium with you
